What types of products do you offer printing and embroidery on?
We offer custom printing and embroidery on t-shirts, hoodies, hats, uniforms, tote bags, jackets, and more. If you have a specific item in mind, just ask!
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No we don't have a minimum order quantity .
Can I bring my own garments to be printed or embroidered?
Yes, we accept customer-supplied items in most cases. Just make sure they meet our quality requirements. We’ll inspect them before we begin any work and advise accordingly.
How should I send my artwork or logo?
Please send your artwork in a high-resolution format like PNG, PDF, or EPS. Vector files are preferred for the best quality results. If we are unable to use the image supplied it may be nessesary to re draw the logo this will incur an extra cost.
How long will my order take?
Turnaround time is typically 7/10 days, depending on the size and complexity of your order. It is important for you to advise us when the order is placed of your required delivery date so we can meet your expectations.
Can I see a sample before you complete the whole order?
Absolutely. We can provide digital mock-ups and physical samples for larger orders. Just let us know what you need.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, the more you order, the more you save. Contact us for a custom quote based on your quantity.
