All orders for goods which are "in Stock" and received prior to 4.30pm Monday - Friday will be sent out via APC Next Day Overnight, on a next day delivery service and you will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order.

This excludes Scottish Highlands, Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Europe, delivery to these destinations is £20 exclusive of VAT where applicable.
carriage costs on exports to the rest of the world will be quoted at the time of order and a suitable carrier will be agreed upon at the time, we use: DPD, DHL, UPS, UKMAIL or TNT.
We regret that we are unable to ship to countries in the EU at the moment.
You are welcome to collect your order plain or customized from our outlet in Bolton. We will advise via email or telephone when the order is ready to collect but we aim to have plain Gazelle Items ready to collect the same day if ordered before 2pm or customized items 5 to 7 days.
We trust that you will be more than happy with your purchase - however if you do require that your purchase is returned you may return the item unworn within 28 days of purchase. As soon as we receive the item we will exchange or refund as per your request.
The cost of return must be paid by the customer but in the case of an exchange Gazelle Sports will pay for the exchanged item to be returned to the customer.
We must advise that we cannot accept items which are personalized or have had logos embroidered or printed on them.
